Alisha Gorder

Alisha Berger Gorder is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Annenberg School for Communication and a former journalist whose work has appeared in The New York Times, New York Post, The Patriot Ledger, The Salt Lake Tribune, Easton Courier, and Hartford Courant. She is a published author, speechwriter, remarks writer, editor, and newsletter writer/editor. For more than 20 years, Alisha has provided strategic internal and external content for politicians, foundations, Fortune 500 companies, and C-Suite executives.

 

Alisha serves on the Editorial Board of The Salt Lake Tribune and writes external-facing communications for the Clinton Foundation.

Bari Nan Cohen Rothchild

Bari Nan Rothchild is a graduate of Brandeis University and a journalist/editor with over 25 years of editorial experience. She has covered celebrities, entertainment, health, and parenting for Glamour, YM, Self,  More, Woman’s Day, and Good Housekeeping. Her work has also appeared in the The New York Times. She has invested a significant amount of time in education and literacy work, from volunteer teaching and reading coaching at a variety of grade levels, to working with students and families as a Certified Dyslexia Advocate

 

Bari Nan directs Junior Council, a semester-long program for The Week Junior, a news magazine for children ages 8-14. Her role involves overseeing selection of twelve participants through a competitive application process, designing curriculum, hosting and teaching via Zoom, and booking and moderating guest speakers—including elected officials, Pulitzer-prize-winning journalists, and national nonprofit founders.

Jamie Faith

Jamie Faith holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brandeis University and is a graduate of the Dramatic Writing Program at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.  She has over twenty years of experience teaching young people to develop and hone their writing skills, including most recently as an Advanced Placement Teacher- with experience teaching both AP English Literature and Composition and AP English Language.  Additionally, she works as an AP Reader for The College Board. She also works for Brown University as a mentor teacher in their MAT Program. She loves supporting college applicants throughout their writing process and their journey toward their dream school.

Sarah Coffey

Sarah Coffey is a graduate of American University and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with more than 30 years of editorial experience. She is a former journalist whose work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, The Associated Press, The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal and The Patriot Ledger. She is an experienced editor and newsletter writer/editor. She also served as the communications director for the minority leader of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and taught journalism at Emerson College. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, two teenagers, and two dogs.
